How do I make a hotel room booking?
We have a simple online booking system. For instructions on how to use please see our booking guide section.


Can I make a reservation any other way besides on the Internet?
No, we can only get online reservations via our website for now.


When will my reservation be confirmed?
Your reservation will be confirmed at the latest in 24 hours if there are any available rooms based on your choice.


What is the minimum time required in order to book a room in advance ?
We are unable to accept bookings within 24 hours of the check-in date.


Do you charge fee for hotel reservations?
No, Making hotel reservations through our websites is free of charge.


Why do I need to give my credit card details?
The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation in the event of a late cancellation or no show. The hotel can decide to pre-authorise your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds.


Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used to make the reservation?
In most cases the hotel will accept payment for the stay on a different card or in cash. Please ensure that the new card or cash is accepted by the hotel.


I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
No. A valid credit card is a compulsory part of the reservation process.


Is it safe to fill in my credit card number?
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by GlobalSign.


Can I submit special requests with my hotel reservation ?
Requests for specific room types; non-smoking, specific locations; street view, high floor etc. can be requested at the time of reservation but are not guaranteed. We contact with hotels and able to confirm if its available.


Can I make amendments or cancel my booking after payment?
Yes, you can make amendments or cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to check-in date without any fee, however, this does depend upon availability and over special event periods amendments may not be possible, in this case you will be advised if your reservation falls over a special event period at the time of room confirmation.


What do I need to provide when I go to check into the hotel?
After your credit card is approved you will be issued with your hotel voucher via e-mail which you will need to print out, present and sign upon checking in to the hotel.


Is the rate on the website per person or per room?
The rate is always per room and per night.


Are children charged the full room rate?
Child rates do vary from hotel to hotel. Most of the hotel policies are; children under 2 stay free and children under the age of 12 years old are normally reduced for 50% of the per-person adult rate.


What documents will I receive after have booked a hotel(s) with you and when are they sent ?
You will receive an e-mail at the time of booking which contains your log in and booking data. As soon as your credit card has been approved and the reservation is confirmed, you should take a print-out of your voucher under "My Account" on our website.


I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
Please check the inbox and Spam/Junk folder for the email address provided during the reservation process. To view your confirmation you can also log in to My Booking with your e-mail address and password. If you wish to receive assistance please contact us at support@tourmedhotels.com


Can I book a hotel for day use?
It is not possible to book a hotel for day use. One night is the minimum that can be booked on our website. Meeting rooms/conference facilities cannot be arranged through our website.


Are all hotels listed based on my searching preferences means available?
No. Your booking is "On Request". This means that our staff is contacting with the hotel for your booking. After your booking confirmed by the hotel, your reservation status is set to "Finalized".
